Our Guild rules

In game Guild Rules

1: Work as a team
That means working as a team on community events such as guild wars, guild raid (Asguard) and pet adventures. So study the guides (we keep a link to this at the top of the guild chat for the pet adventure maps.) when one person slacks off you let the whole team down. we do kick people who seem to deliberately go out of their way to mess these up. you may find yourself on players "pet adventure" black lists if you are prone to messing up, but if you are prone to deliberately not listening, refusing to communicate and making sure you are messing things up you will find yourself with out a guild and blacklisted so you are unable to re-join. so please make sure you look at the pet adventure maps its for as much your benefit as the other players who invite/join you as well.

The Rule for Asguard Guild raid boss is simple, anyone under the level of 120 has all of sever day Friday to attack it, once server day Saturday starts all those over 120 and then attack the boss, this is to give any low level players a chance to get rewords for half decent damage, anyone of low level who does not do their attack by the end of Friday will have to take their chances with the higher level bosses.

This rule also very much includes the guild war. We try to match you up against opponents you have a chance with to try to keep it fair for everyone's skill levels, sometimes our opponents maybe so difficult that we will tell you to try to get points where you can we always aim to try to open the citadel at the back with aim to get the most points. so you are asked to do your attacks even if you are likely to loose, our ultimate aim isn't to win but to score as many points as we can to get into (at this point in time) silver rank, so when someone fails to do their attacks it costs us points which in turn costs us ranks in our current League. We can see in the logs who is not doing their attacks. (as seen in the image here) continued failure to do the attacks will mean you will first get added to a guild war black list where you will then have to prove yourself a reliable team player (by learning to communicate and learning that annoying thing called team work) Continued failure to do this will start to be view as you deliberately trying to hamper the guild and will result in you being kicked out and blacklisted from the guild. (the image is an example before some players have had time to log in and do their attacks, just to show you we can see who is and is not doing their part) we do in fact have two ways to check this, this is just the easy method the other is in the send gifts area where we can review everyone's weekly activity, and we can check the names on our team list against the names of those in that list to see who failed to do their guild attacks. we do keep an eye on this every day, teams are always subject to change, we move players in and out of it to try to rotate players or to put in players who stand a good chance of winning.

2: NO asking personal questions
This due to risk of fraud/theft and safety for our younger members.

3: NO discrimination of any kind
No sexism, no Racism, no bullying, no harassment. Basically we have a zero tolerance of bullying and harassment of any kind.

4: Keep the Guild a fun and welcome place to be.
try to keep the guild fun so aim to be funny, ethical, and cordial with each other.

5: Communication is required for being away.
PM the guild leader if you can't be online, or post it up on our discord or our away forum.
This applies to:
*Have a crazy life schedule IE: education work rota's that sort of thing. (The guild leader will add you to the leeway list to give you more flexibility and less expectation. )
* IF you are going away for a while
* Personal reasons (and that is all you need to say)

This communication is needed so the guild leader can turn off the auto kick feature and remove you from community events for the time you are away. It's also so you can be added to an away list so we know not to manually remove you from the guild while you are away. This is in large part because a guild needs active members, and that you are not what we like to call space blockers who are peoples alt accounts from other guilds trying to block progress of other Guilds. reasons are optional but giving a generalized yet vague reasons are helpful (but not required) as it helps the guild leader work out if you may need extra time outside of that given.

6: Get a name
Anyone with the default starting name of team and some random numbers (example: team#12345) sits high on the likely to be removed from guild before named players to make space for new players. So get yourself a name for 20 emeralds which you can earn in game with out spending.

7: Guild house cleaning
players who are here to waste time, block space, deliberately sabotage team work on team events and all round here to prevent guild growth are likely to find themselves blacklisted and with out a guild again in short order.
